Job Description:
As an Inside Sales employee, you are responsible for generating new opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. You play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying potential customers, approaching them, and promoting our logistic services. You will work closely with the outside sales team to achieve our sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential customers via phone and email.
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Preparing and following up on quotes.
- Supporting the field service team in achieving sales targets.
- Analyzing market developments and identifying opportunities.
- Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Keeping track of customer data and sales activities in our CRM system.
Gevraagd
Job Requirements:
- MBO/HBO level of working and thinking.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Team player with a result-oriented mentality.
