A job as a Export teamleader is crucial for the seamless export of our products worldwide, overseeing every aspect from internal coordination to customs clearance and negotiating shipping agreements.
We seek a candidate with a solid background in global trade, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing intricate logistics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the Export Teamleader:

Act as the central liaison between internal and external customers and agencies to meet service objectives aligned with client and company goals.
Handle monthly billing and profit and loss statements.
Provide proactive and timely customer service, updating clients on shipment statuses and directing technical inquiries to appropriate team members.
Process and review documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring compliant and timely transactions.
Obtain necessary government releases and arrange deliveries while ensuring accurate invoicing.
Execute various tasks to facilitate compliant release and timely delivery of shipments.
Maintain customer profiles and prepare necessary communications.
Monitor daily pre-alerts to track incoming freight and document receipt within specified standards.

• Experience in the industry.
