What do we expect from you
In your role as Operator, you will participate in the production process of the tastiest salads. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our salads remain of top quality.

Your tasks include:

Producing salads – You ensure that the products meet the high quality standards that make Johma so unique;
Operating machines – You set up the machines, monitor the process and intervene where necessary to ensure that production runs smoothly;
Supplying and replenishing packaging materials – You keep the process going by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time;
Keeping the production line clean – Hygiene is crucial, so you ensure that the lines remain clean and safe;
Quality control – You regularly carry out checks to ensure that the products meet the strict quality standards;
Collaborating with the technical department – You work with the team to optimise maintenance processes and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.

What are we looking for
You are a go-getter who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:

You can switch quickly and always think in solutions;
You have experience in the food industry or want to learn it quickly;
You speak Dutch and/or English;
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
