In this role, you will operate at the intersection of HR and project management, playing a pivotal role in the realization of strategic HR programs. Your expertise in project, program, and portfolio management will ensure the seamless execution of complex initiatives, delivering meaningful results.

As a Senior HR PMO, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of strategic HR programs and projects. You will work closely with HR program and project managers, communication experts, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and structuring multidisciplinary programs and projects;
• Identifying and mitigating risks, while managing dependencies with other initiatives;
• Organizing steering committee and program team meetings, including facilitating decision-making processes;
• Developing and managing clear reports on program progress, quality, and impact;
• Advising and coaching HR teams to strengthen their project management skills;
• Continuously improving project and portfolio management processes with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably supplemented with project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, IPMA);
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a project/program management role;
• Knowledge of HR topics and processes in a dynamic business environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and priorities;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
