We are currently looking for a Project Manager Engineering with experience in the maritime or high-end yachting industry.

In this position, you report directly to the Project Director and you play a key role in a dynamic project team that creates and builds high-end luxury yachts.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Managing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and company protocols
• Panning, reviewing and delivering accurate engineering documents in collaboration with Engineering Coordinators and external parties
• Serving as the primary contact for owners representatives, subcontractors and regulatory bodies
• Managing the project scope, quality and performance
• Conducting regular meetings in order to align multidisciplinary teams, solving problems that may arise and boost efficiency
• Identifying and addressing project risks while supporting production, commissioning and after-sales teams
• Leading, motivating and developing the engineering team by fostering growth and continuous improvement

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Maritime Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maritime or yacht-building industry
• Strong skills of AutoCAD and Rhinoceros
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
