Would you like to become an Operator in a cookie factory? As a Food Operator, you’ll work daily with delicious treats like muffins and cookies. Sounds great, right? Additionally, you'll earn a salary between €2600 and €3000 (excluding allowances). Feeling hungry? Keep reading!

Who you are

Do you have a technical background and want to become an Operator? Do you enjoy working in a 5-shift system? Then you are perfect for the Food Operator role. Additionally, you have:

Experience in the food industry (big plus);
A technical background (diploma not required);
Willingness to learn a lot in a short time.

What will you do

As a Trainee Operator, you will ensure the smooth running of the production process for cookies and muffins. You’ll refill raw materials and make sure the machine is set to the right recipe. A part of the quality control you perform involves tasting – delicious! Other things you’ll learn include:

Troubleshooting or reporting to the technical service;
Performing quality checks;
Replenishing raw materials;
Adjusting machine recipes.

Where will you work

You will be working at a large European bakery with locations across several countries in Europe. The atmosphere is friendly, and no day is the same. As soon as you step onto the premises, the smell of freshly baked cookies greets you. How lovely is that?
