Wat ga je doen?

As a Working Foreman in Tank Construction, you have a versatile role where you're responsible for the safe and efficient execution of projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Safe Execution: Ensuring that projects are carried out safely, reporting directly to the project leader or supervisor.
• Work Distribution: Allocating tasks among team members, considering their knowledge and qualifications.
• Technical Support: Utilizing your technical expertise to solve challenges and directing both employees and subcontractors.
• Hands-On Work: Actively participating in projects depending on the nature of the work.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Education: A technical education at MBO level in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in tank or shipbuilding.
• Leadership Qualities: You are a coach for your team and know how to motivate them.
• Positive Attitude: You think in terms of possibilities, are communicative, open, result-oriented, and function well both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various work situations and is broadly deployable.
• Certificates: A VCA-Vol diploma or willingness to obtain it in the short term.
• Language Skills: Good command of the Dutch language.
• Driver’s License: Possession of a Category B driving license and the ability to travel independently.
• Competencies: Stress-resistant, efficient, accurate, solution-oriented, and takes initiative when necessary.
