They are a fast-growing scale-up in the Home & Living sector, aiming to transform every home. With over 250 employees contributing to this mission, the company is in an exciting growth phase where expansion and professionalization are key. This means there is plenty of room for you to develop yourself to the fullest.

As a Developer, you will be part of a team of 5 developers (including yourself). You will strengthen the team by designing, developing, and refining smart applications that simplify or fully automate various processes. These include logistics, administrative, and operational processes.

• Building a new ERP and Warehouse System
• Designing and developing applications that improve existing processes or enable new ones.
• Translating functional designs into technical designs and implementations.
• Integrating various systems through APIs and developing the necessary APIs.
• Coaching your colleagues to enhance the team's skills and working methods.

Your day:

9:00 – Stand-Up Meeting Your day begins with a quick stand-up meeting with the tech team, where you discuss project updates, any roadblocks, and your priorities for the day.

9:30 –Coding and Development After the stand-up, you dive into coding, whether it’s developing a new feature or refining an existing one.

11:00 – Stakeholder Meeting Mid-morning, you join a meeting with stakeholders to gather more details on a new requirement or clarify specs on an ongoing project.

12:00 – Lunch Break Unlimited and very affordable lunch. What’s more, you can enjoy it on our rooftop terrace!

13:30 – Code Review and Feedback After lunch, you review and provide feedback on code written by other team members.

15:00 – Troubleshooting and Production Support Later, you troubleshoot any production issues that might have popped up, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

16:30 – Wrap-Up and Planning for Next Day The day wraps up with a final check on any outstanding tasks and preparing priorities for the next day.

• A minimum of HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• A team player mentality.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software/web development, with a focus on PHP.

• You’re comfortable with CI/CD tools and pipelines, handling testing, deployment, and monitoring like a pro
• You understand SOLID principles for object-oriented design and apply them to create clean, efficient code.
• GCP (or AWS) isn’t just a buzzword to you. You know your way around services like Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, and GKE
• You’ve worked with MVC frameworks (Yii2, Laravel, Symfony) and can hit the ground running.

• Salary up to €65K, depending on experience.
