You will make a difference

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth for our clients, from strategic planning to execution. You will lead complex and challenging projects, with a diverse range of B2B businesses. For whom might you do this? Think big and wide; we work with a wide range of B2B businesses, including promising start-ups, midsized companies, and beyond - such as Port of Rotterdam or Fox IT.

Reasons why this job is for you

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing agency or in a growth hacking “hands-on” role.
• A proven track record in managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies in your pocket.
• You thrive in a rapidly growing company.
• You have advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques and targeting strategies, bidding models and ad units across different ad platforms.
• Analytical and data-driven thinking are your forte.
• You know your channel-specific metrics and KPIs.
• You’re outstanding at communicating in English; furthermore, you’ve got interpersonal abilities to cooperate with diverse cultures and nationalities.
• You’re an innovative thinker who knows that golden opportunities will not be found on the beaten track that is willing to turn passion and drive into action.
