QTC are currently partnered with a dutch medical device scale-up based in Den Haag looking to grow their team by hiring a Support Specialist to coordinate the operational and administrative activities within their R&D team.
This is how you will make the difference
The role of R&D Support Specialist will involve the following duties: Act as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers. Assist R&D team leads with administration and operational activities. Support management team members with key approvals and business decisions. Identify bottlenecks and feedback on the work floor to improve efficiency and performance. Provide technical support to the R&D function across end-to-end processes.

Requirements:
- BSc degree or equivalent in a technical or operational subject
- Experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven background managing multiple projects/priorities at once to a high standard
- Interest in the medical or healthcare field
