Supervisor OutfitWe are currently looking for a Supervisor Outfit with experience in the maritime or high-end yachting industry.
Function
In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of the outfitting discipline in yacht building, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth project execution.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Review engineering packages and collaborate with the engineering team.
- Coordinate and monitor work packages related to outfitting.
- Ensure quality control of work, equipment, and installations.
- Identify and propose process improvements.
- Check the availability and quality of incoming materials and equipment.
- Work closely with partners to optimize collaboration.
- Guide and instruct third parties as needed.
- Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, quality-focused, and persuasive.
- Passion for technical excellence and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
