Be the technical backbone of the design process from concept to completion.

As the Naval Architect, you will work in modern dock halls and well-equipped workshops. You easily translate creative ideas into technically feasible solutions. Together with colleagues, you ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of final designs.

Your responsibilities

Monitoring weight control processes;
Collecting inputs and checking them against budgets;
Supporting dock plans, launchings, and transportation activities;
Monitoring feasibility and quality in ship designs;
Ensuring all designs comply with international regulations and standards;
Providing input on solving technical challenges and ensuring uniform design standards;

The requirements

You have a bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering, Shipbuilding, or something similar;
You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the yacht or shipbuilding industry;
You have knowledge of the construction process of seagoing superyachts;
You have excellent communication skills in the English language;
You are pro-active and solution-oriented;
You have the skill to manage and inform team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner;
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
