Functie omschrijving

You will work in the Quality Department and report to the Global Quality Director. Together with your team of six specialists, you are responsible for Global QA Service and Support. 
 
Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Represent the organisation towards relevant external stakeholders (e.g. customers, customer auditors, contract manufacturers) 
  • Define and oversee customer agreements, ensuring seamless service, efficient complaint handling, and effective troubleshooting.  
  • Drive process and system improvements by championing standardization, efficiency, and compliance with GMP and GDP.  
  • Foster a strong Quality Services & Support culture in collaboration with sales, technical support, and production teams.  
  • Elevate the customer experience by delivering cutting-edge quality solutions.  
  • Ensure the right capabilities, governance, and continuity to maintain high operational standards.  
  • Support Sales, QA Operations, site activities, change management, data sharing, and complaint resolution.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness across the organization.  
  • Manage and control budgets effectively to optimize resources.

Profiel kandidaat
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food technology or related)  
  • 5 years working experience in QA (relevant to Pharma or highly regulated Foods) 
  • Business acumen  
  • The ability to translate Quality content to balance business impact and operations  
  • Managerial experience  
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in English (German or Dutch would be a nice-to-have but not mandatory)
