For one of our clients, a specialist in maritime logistics, we are looking for an experienced and driven Logistics Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end logistics process, from coordinating shipments to cost monitoring and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless transportation operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end logistics process, from coordinating shipments to cost monitoring and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless transportation operations.
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations for assigned customers.
Prepare accurate customer quotations and cost calculations.
Process post-shipment cost calculations and update invoicing files.
Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the Team Leader.
Monitor supplier performance and report deviations.
Ensure effective and customer-oriented communication.
Continuously improve processes to optimize service delivery.

Gevraagd
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
Experience in maritime logistics is an advantage.
Knowledge of logistics management systems and cost estimation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
