IT Recruitment is looking for her client in Tilburg for a Project Manager with full project responsibility for various challenging (technical) projects with project teams of 2 to 6 developers /integration consultants, and completion times of between 1 and 4 months.  Projects both in the (southern) Netherlands and in Belgium. Knowledge of IoT and integration is a plus.

There are currently 2 project managers and due to ongoing growth, we are seeking to expand our project management team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic project manager who will be responsible for larger and more complex projects for both national and international customers. You are fully responsible for an entire project from the outset, including such aspects as planning, resourcing, budget and functionality. The test phase, successful completion and subsequent handover to the Support department are also your responsibility. You manage consultants to arrive at a desired functional design and solid basis for development.
You manage the development team, are responsible for communication with customers and other stakeholders and play a pivotal role in a project.

Throughout the project, you manage the process and act in an advisory capacity towards the customer at all times. You communicate and consult with all parties to achieve the desired result within the set deadlines and with the resources available.
Your positive mindset has a motivating effect and kindles enthusiasm among colleagues and customers alike.

For this position, you must also meet the following criteria:

• You have ample knowledge of and experience with project methods;
• You should be able to manage substantial projects taking into account budget, lead time and risks, so you also have a sound commercial mindset;
• You can create an maintain a bird’s-eye view of things;
• You have good leadership and entrepreneurial skills and demonstrate perseverance;
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial IT project management, experience with IoT and integration projects is a plus;
• Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch and English;
• A completed degree at the university of applied sciences level, at least, is required.
