We are looking for a recently graduated fellow who is ready to engage with a challenging and exciting scientific project and likes working in a multidisciplinary team. The focus of the project will be on lentiviral vectors for cell therapy, specifically on understanding lentiviral vector production process, homogeneity, size distribution and morphology, factors that lead to their stabilization/degradation, technology scouting and implementation for analytical characterization. The candidate will be designing and executing biochemistry and biophysics experiments and analyzing biochemical and biophysical data. 
The candidate will be involved in academic activities including lecturing, supervising MSc and/or PhD students and expected to attend and present at internal/external scientific events and contribute to scientific publications. The candidate is expected to have an inclusive and collaborative spirit and establish good links with professionals with unique backgrounds and expertise.
