What do we do? We’ve partnered with the top TikTok Shop affiliates to create a platform that helps struggling creators improve their performance. But that’s not all. With our community of over 2,000 affiliates, we’re also helping brands boost their sales on TikTok Shop.

Now that you know a bit about us, let's talk about what your role could be.

• Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns together with the founders
• Expansion Initiatives: Support our expansion into new markets by creating scalable structures, setting up targeted campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Work closely with marketing partners for growth
• Be in direct contact with our network of Social Army instructors for new academy content and for marketing purposes
• System Setup & Management: Assist in setting up and managing internal systems to streamline operations and support growth initiatives.
• Create or outsource Compelling Presentations: Design and develop engaging presentations for our courses, ensuring content is both informative and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with our design team to align growth strategies with visual and branding elements.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
• Member Growth: Actively contribute to growing our member base through ads, affiliate marketing, and other innovative strategies.
• Email Campaigns: Develop and manage email campaigns, including targeting lapsed members and creating re-engagement strategies.

• A passion for growth hacking and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Preferably some familiarity in the e-commerce/social commerce space.
