As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with regulatory agencies, research institutions, and internal teams to navigate approval processes, prepare documentation, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.

What you bring

You, as the ideal Regulatory Affairs Officer, will recognize yourself in the following:

A Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory submissions, compliance, and quality assurance;
In-depth knowledge of biotechnology regulations
Strong experience in preparing regulatory submissions, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with global standards;
Proficiency in regulatory databases, document management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite;
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
A detail-oriented mindset, energized by collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully navigate regulatory requirements and bring innovative biotech products to market.
