We are looking for a QC Engineer with experience in maintaining quality throughout the production process in the maritime or high-end yachting industry.

• Monitor quality levels across various production departments: Workshop, Assembly, Outfit, and Welding
• Conduct pre-inspections to ensure compliance with standards and methods.
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.
• Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and co-makers regarding quality concerns.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Production Manager on significant quality challenges.
• Inspect and approve work delivered by subcontractors both locally and internationally.
• Advise on product and process improvements for continuous development.
• Maintain and implement quality standards, processes, and procedures.
• Motivate and support team members in enhancing quality awareness and construction processes.

• MBO Level 4 or HBO diploma in the industry.
• Relevant experience in shipbuilding or superyacht construction, or the willingness to develop in this field.
• Competencies: Accuracy, quality focus, problem-solving, communication, and expertise.
• Proactive and passionate about achieving the highest standards.
