For a global player in the martine industry located in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative. This position focuses on efficient goods handling within a maritime and technical environment.
Description
Picking and packing goods
Receiving incoming shipments and maintaining stock records
Operating a forklift
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Processing stock in the inventory system
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Profile
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license
- Be fluent in English. Proper oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all colleagues and possibly other departments
- Focus on quality and efficiency
- Cooperative attitude; team player with ability to develop and enhance strong relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in an environment of continuous improvements
- Proficiency with Widows systems (Windows 7/10)
