CEO Wanted for Ambitious MSP | Build an AI-Driven Future for Regulated Sectors

Are you a driven leader with experience in an MSP? Have you grown a team, optimized processes, and helped shape strategy as an operations manager or in another leadership role? Then this is your chance to take that experience to the next level.

We are a specialized MSP with strong technical roots and big ambitions. Backed by a powerful investor, we are on the brink of accelerated growth. Our mission? To develop and implement private AI solutions for organizations in sectors where reliability and compliance are crucial – such as notaries, healthcare, and other regulated environments.

That's why we're looking for a CEO who doesn't steer from the sidelines but actively builds with us.

What will you do as CEO?

• Determine and monitor the strategic direction of the organization
  
• Build an agile and driven team ready for scaling up
  
• Translate technological possibilities into valuable and secure customer solutions
  
• Ensure operational excellence and customer-focused growth
  
• Be the face of the organization towards customers, partners, and stakeholders

What do you bring?

• Proven experience within an MSP, preferably as an operations manager or in a responsible role
  
• Know how to grow a technical organization without losing culture or quality
  
• Affinity with sectors such as healthcare or legal/notary is a strong plus
  
• Combine vision and decisiveness with a people-oriented leadership style
  
• Feel at home in a dynamic environment where much still needs to be built and shaped
