What are you going to do?

At Nedap Security we work on top notch access management solutions that make organizations worldwide safer and more efficient. To succeed in this mission our commercial team is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).  

As SDR your primary focus is on creating high quality customer connections that turn into relevant leads and opportunities. You are working on the frontline with large organizations such as multinationals and public sector, where scale and complexity in the field of physical security come together. You play a crucial role in identifying and contacting stakeholders at key accounts, working closely with sales and marketing to fill the pipeline with high value customer appointments/opportunities. It’s also the perfect jump board to grow into further as commercial professional and learn fast. 


Your responsibilities
  • Managing and qualifying incoming leads through our CRM system HubSpot; 
  • Proactively identifying and approaching both existing and new key accounts through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator; 
  • Scheduling appointments and building relationships with potential customers; 
  • Engage in discovery calls to collect relevant information; 
  • Involve the right Sales Manager at the right moment with as much relevant information as possible. 
  • Work closely together with marketing on co-desiging (ABM) campaigns and events.

  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management in HubSpot; 
  • Identify trends, patterns, pain points etc. that help sharpen our value proposition. 
Required experience and skills
You’re someone who thrives on building new relationships and seizing opportunities. With a strong commercial mindset and a natural drive to connect with people, you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or take initiative. You enjoy the challenge of winning over new clients and think creatively when it comes to opening doors. You’re resilient, proactive, and energized by achieving results. Your communication is confident and flexible, allowing you to engage naturally with stakeholders
  • You are fluent in German and can communicate well in English. Dutch is a plus; 
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in commercial direction or similar background; 
  • Experience in outreach and proactive calling - or willing to learn and develop these skills; 
  • You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha;
  • Affinity with the access control or security technology industry is a bonus;
