At HelloPrint, we’re not here to play small. We’re on a mission to become the market leader in France in the next 3 years—with a bold €75M revenue target. To make that happen, we’re looking for a game-changer: a commercial powerhouse of E-commerce, fully owning our online growth in the French market.

As our E-commerce Manager France, you're not just joining our Growth team: you are the driving force behind HelloPrint’s online success in France. You’ll build and scale our proposition, localize everything from strategy to content, and work closely with our Sales team to convert opportunities into loyal customers. This is your domain and we’re handing you the keys.

This role is based in Rotterdam, surrounded by a high-performance, international team. You’ll work closely with our CGO, CEO and country Sales team to define and execute France’s full-funnel growth plan.

What you'll do:

• Fully own the French market online: strategy, execution, and everything in between;
• Create a best-in-class localised online shopping experience, tailored to French buyers;
• Work closely with our sales team to align E-commerce and sales into one seamless growth engine;
• Research market trends, competitors and buyer behaviour to make informed decisions;
• Set up pricing, product, and campaign strategies to maximize conversion and margin;
• Monitor product and campaign performance, and double down on what works;
• Own ambitious KPIs like revenue, GP margin, customer conversion and NPS.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in E-commerce (3+ years), ideally with French market exposure;
• Fluent-level French and strong English communication skills;
• Independent and driven: you act like a founder and don’t wait to be told what to do;
• Performance mindset: you care about the numbers and deliver results;
• Sharp eye for content, usability, and storytelling that converts;
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments;
• Performance marketing experience is a plus.
