For a Udens family business we are looking for a metal worker. Do you like to work independently on beautiful projects? Then BaanTreffers has the job for you!

You will be working at a real Brabant family business founded over 80 years ago. They realize the most beautiful projects both nationally and internationally and have the entire development and production process in-house. Everything can be made to measure so that all customer wishes can be translated into a unique design.

In the role of metal worker, you are independently engaged in the machining and assembly of stainless steel products. You do this on the basis of working drawings and you work with various automated machines such as CNC press brakes, punch nibbling machine and punch coiling machine. It is not a problem if you are not yet familiar with all the machines. There is plenty of room to learn from experienced colleagues.

You will work in a close team of about 20 colleagues. There is a culture where hard work is combined with Brabant conviviality. You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday, working 32 to 40 hours per week. Good to know: you will work directly for the client.

• You have technical insight;
• You can read working drawings;
• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week for the longer term;
• You live in Uden or surroundings;
• You can work independently as well as in a team;
• You already have experience as a sheet metal worker or a strong motivation why you want to learn this trade!

• Of course you will be rewarded with a good salary (€2800,- to €3300,- gross per month) and excellent terms of employment in accordance with the Metaal & Techniek collective labor agreement. Think of 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days and pension accrual;
