We are looking for a Digital Engineering Systems Lead to serve as the technical authority and hands-on administrator for AVEVA authoring tools, defining standards, configuring and troubleshooting E3D, PDMS, Diagram and Engineering environments, scripting PML customisations and ensuring seamless 3D model setup, deliverable extraction and integration across projects.

Tasks & responsibilities: 

• Serve as the technical reference for AVEVA authoring tools, defining standards and driving their evolution. 
• Administer project setups in E3D, PDMS, AVEVA Diagram, and AVEVA Engineering, including specs/catalogue creation and symbol development.
• Liaise with AVEVA administrators across other offices to ensure consistency and share best practices.
• Develop and customise PML programs to automate workflows and support project requirements.
• Configure isometric and 2D drafting setups, troubleshoot issues, and manage daily file generation and colour schemes. 
• Assist designers and engineers with piping material take-offs, deliverables extraction, and report generation from 3D models.
• Create and maintain 3D modeling procedures, IsoIndex general notes, and AutoCAD production setups.
• Monitor 3D model progress, expedite completion, and generate updated weekly clash reports via Clash Manager. 
• Manage AVEVA Diagram templates, database setups, and integration with AVEVA Engineering and E3D, ensuring data consistency. 
• Coordinate ERM specification approvals and generate updated specs on PMS revisions.
• Support the Digital Solutions Manager by translating business needs into "how-to" implementations. 

Gevraagd

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience with the AVEVA suite (E3D, PDMS, Diagram, Engineering) and PML programming. 
• Proven ability to lead tool administration activities and drive standards across multi-office environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex CAD/3D modeling issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of training and guiding multidisciplinary teams. 
• Demonstrated leadership in an Oil & Gas EPC or similar engineering environment. 
• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical profiles and influence tool adoption and process improvements.
