We are looking for an experienced Cisco Network Engineer within an enterprise organization, located in the area of Breda. You will be part of a team and each Cisco Network Engineer has their own specialty. Your main responsibility is to maintain and improve the complex network infrastructure. 

You will be in charge of the IT supplier related to basic network routines. Complex network issues will be part of your responsibility. Also designing is part of the job. You're brainstorming about new network related architectural improvements together with the Security Architect. Topics such as security, privacy and compliance play a major role within the organization.

• You are in charge of the ICT service provider;
• You are responsible for the network of the enterprise environment and the various locations;
• You are responsible for making designs and brainstorming about the network architecture together with the architect;
• You make an important contribution to the management, maintenance and further development of the renewed technological infrastructure;
• You will participate in various projects to maintain the highest quality of the network environment. 

• Bachelor's degree; 
• At least 3 years of experience as a Cisco Network Engineer;
• You have experience within a large environment;
• You're familiar with Cisco products and with next-gen security appliances. The basic network protocols are very common to you;
• CCNP certified;
• You are driven, enthusiastic and have strong analytical skills;
• You are a go getter and you can work both individually and in a team.

• 36 hours work week
• Hybrid position (50/50);
• Holiday pay: 8.33% of gross annual salary;
• Holidays: 25 + 1/2 day per quarter when not reported sick;
• Travel costs: 19 cents/kilometer (maximum of € 200 per month);
• Medical expenses: € 50,- per month;
• Training posibilities.
