Job Overview:

As a technically-minded, self-motivated Inside Sales Engineer you will be the primary point of contact for international clients, working to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. You’ll prepare detailed quotes, manage orders, and support projects from start to finish. You will also work closely with internal teams (such as production, assembly, and logistics) and external suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into customized technical solutions.

• Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and manage project timelines.

• Communicate with clients to clarify technical specifications and provide expert advice.

• Collaborate with production teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and project updates.

About You:

• A bachelor level education in anengineering field
• Relevant work experience in a similar technical sales role
• Strong communication skills in English (plus another)
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with flexibility
• Independent, yet a team player in a professional, supportive environment
• Technical affinity (familiarity with or willingness to work with 3D CAD software)
