Bij Rival Foods bouw je mee aan de toekomst waar plantaardige producten het dierlijke origineel kunnen evenaren, zonder compromis op smaak, gezondheid, dierenwelzijn of duurzaamheid. Wij hebben hiervoor machines ontwikkeld waarmee we een prachtig plantaardig alternatief voor vlees maken. We starten dit jaar met onze professionele productielocatie waar onze machines het ‘vlees’ van de toekomst kunnen maken.

Als Proces Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces en ben je de rechterhand van de Productie Manager. Jij bent als eerste productie aan het opzetten en uitvoeren met deze nieuwe machines. Je verbindt onze Engineering afdeling met de productievloer. Jij bouwt de productielijnen mee op, controleert de werking, voert onderhoud uit, traint Operators in het gebruik van onze nieuwe machines, houd alle installaties in het productiepand bij (ook in samenwerking met externen), helpt mee in de productie waar nodig en test steekproefsgewijs de kwaliteit van de producten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines blijven draaien en de kwaliteit van onze producten hoog blijft.
Rival Foods is een scale-up en we zijn continue bezig met het doorontwikkelen van onze producten en machines. Vanuit je ervaring bij de productie op onze machines (en het onderhoud daarvan), denk je mee aan de benodigde verbeteringen voor nieuwe machineontwerpen.
Bij ons kom je direct in dienst, zonder tussenkomst van een uitzendbureau. Zo bieden wij jou stabiliteit en de mogelijkheid om samen met de leukste collega’s de heerlijkste plantaardige producten te produceren.

This year we are starting with our professional production location where our machines can make the 'meat' of the future.
As a Process Operator, you are an important link in our production process and you are the right hand of the Production Manager. You are the first to set up and execute production with these new machines. You connect our Engineering department with the production floor. You help build the production lines, check their operation, perform maintenance, train Operators in the use of our new machines, maintain all installations in the production building (also in collaboration with external parties), help with production where necessary and randomly test the quality of the products. You ensure that the machines continue to run and that the quality of our products remains high.
Rival Foods is a scale-up and we are continuously working on the further development of our products and machines. Based on your experience with production on our machines (and their maintenance), you think along about the necessary improvements for new machine designs.

• You have experience on the factory floor of a production company (food is a plus).
• You like to achieve visible results and prefer to work with your hands.
• You have a strong affinity with technology or a technical background.

• You know the requirements for production in the food sector, such as hygiene and quality standards.
• You like to work in a team and with your positive energy you fit in well with the Rival team.

• If you have already worked with the start-up of new production equipment and production lines, this is an advantage.
