The Company
Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products efficiently. Their Integrated Operations (IOps) team ensures smooth supply and demand operations, optimizing stock levels and customer service.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Leader to join the team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage stock allocation, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize service levels.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily order processing and ensure on-time deliveries in line with SLAs.
-Monitor supply and demand fluctuations, taking action to prevent stock issues.
-Optimize stock allocation across customers while balancing business priorities.
-Identify and mitigate supply risks, collaborating with sourcing units and QA teams.
-Provide proactive insights to internal stakeholders on stock risks and opportunities.
-Manage obsolete stock, ensuring efficient phase-ins, phase-outs, and disposals.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
-0–1 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
-Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/APO preferred) and MS Office.
-Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English.
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
