The Role
As an External Talent Partner / Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting exceptional external talent with the right opportunities within the organization. You will disrupt the traditional "post & pray" recruitment methods by exploring innovative sourcing channels and strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Your focus will be both on filling current vacancies and building talent pools for future hiring needs.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the expert on the external talent market across a broad range of functions, advising Internal Talent Partners, HR teams, and business stakeholders on trends and opportunities.
-Manage the entire external recruitment process for entry-level to executive roles, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
-Build, manage, and maintain robust external talent pipelines for future hiring needs through effective networking and leveraging digital and social channels.
-Co-drive Employer Branding initiatives and campaigns alongside the Employer Branding team.
-Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-2-3 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting external talent at all levels (entry, managerial, executive), with LinkedIn, social media, and digital channels as key tools.
-Experience in both recruiting for open roles and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
-Deep understanding of the labor market, social trends, and recruitment best practices, including Employer Branding.
-Fluent in English and Dutch.
-Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (e.g., Workday, Hiredscore), digital sourcing tools (e.g., HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter), and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
-Highly agile and adaptable in a dynamic talent and digital landscape, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
