Role Description
As a highly motivated and strategic Procurement Manager, you are vital in driving value across the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring best-in-class sourcing practices, managing supplier relationships, and delivering sustainable cost savings. You will have a strong commercial mindset, deep market knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate price forecasts and market insights to inform sourcing strategies across the European Cluster.
Drive savings and value creation through strategic negotiations, tenders, and cost modelling.
Lead supplier relationship management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute procurement strategies and support supply chain optimization projects.
Identify and manage risks through contingency planning and ensure supply continuity.
Support sustainability and innovation goals by aligning procurement activities with business priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a multinational or FMCG environment.
Strong negotiation skills and analytical acumen, with the ability to develop strategic supplier relationships.
Excellent understanding of European market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and cost drivers.
Experience with cost modelling, tender management, and smart procurement tools.
