What You'll Do
As a key member of the finance team, you’ll manage core financial operations, ensure robust compliance and reporting, and help drive strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to a lean, high-performing finance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing procedures
Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and cash reconciliation
Preparing annual financial statements and coordinating audits
Leading treasury operations such as:
Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
FX exposure management and banking relationships
Supporting budget planning and financial forecasting
Driving improvements in internal controls and financial systems
Ensuring compliance with Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
Developing junior finance staff and promoting best practices

This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance daily operations with long-term process improvements. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening financial infrastructure as the company grows internationally.

Gevraagd

Ideal profile:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a finance or senior accounting role
Deep knowledge of financial regulations (Dutch GAAP / IFRS)
Solid experience with treasury, cash flow forecasting, and risk management
Comfortable with accounting software (e.g., Exact) and Excel modeling
Analytical, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
