Join our team as a BIM Modeler within the Insite department. Your primary responsibility will be to create 3D Revit projects utilizing LIDAR scans for a diverse range of clients. Working autonomously, you'll handle all aspects of Revit, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality and productivity standards as well as BIM guidelines. Moreover, you'll actively contribute to conceptualizing and implementing innovative ideas to enhance our productivity. Sharing knowledge is key; you'll do so through training sessions, documentation, and daily communication. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, as you'll engage daily with various clients and their subcontractors.

At Allinq Insite, we have opportunities in two different modelling teams. One focuses on a large project at Schiphol Airport and the other team works nationwide with our clients on smaller scale assignments. Which you pick up independently or in a small team. Both teams are internationally oriented, which ensures a lot of diversity, expertise and sociability.

As we take on more and larger projects, our teams grow as well. This provides opportunities for further development as a BIM Modeler. At this moment we are looking for junior, medior and senior modelers.

To excel in this position, you must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. More years of experience is more than welcome as we are also looking for medior and senior modelers. Skill in handling Revit models independently in all aspects is crucial. We are looking for a team player who embraces constructive criticism and consistently delivers results. Innovation and effective communication are paramount, as is a strong focus on both internal and external collaboration.

 Additional qualifications include:

• Demonstrated expertise in Revit(including families and NL - SFB), Scan to BIM and Point Cloud. An assessment on these skills is part of the procedure.
• Fluent English language skills (both written and oral); proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar position within a similar company is a plus.
• You live within one hour travel distance from our Schiphol office.
