You have experience in production or packing work on production lines and are ready for the next step in your career. You have an eye for detail and are a true team player who enjoys working together to achieve common goals. In addition, you are eager to learn and always willing to go the extra mile to expand your knowledge. Over time, you’ll be able to carry out specific tasks independently on the line, contributing to a smooth and efficient production process.

• You are able to speak Dutch or English;
• You are available to work in 3 shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM);
• You have your own transportation (car, scooter or bike).

As a Packing Operator with opportunities to grow, you will work on the production line where delicious biscuits are packed. You perform packing tasks and will also learn to carry out simple line operations independently. This includes recognizing minor faults, changing the packaging film, and assisting with line changeovers.

• Setting up and operating packaging machines;
• Collaborating with packing staff on the production line;
• Troubleshooting first-line malfunctions and identifying deviations;
• Contributing to improvement projects and working groups;
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment according to HACCP guidelines.
