You will be responsible for supporting the seamless execution of projects as assigned by tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. You play a vital role in keeping those organized and on track!

As Project Support Officer you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects by providing crucial administrative and organizational support to the Project Manager. You will provide timely updates, organize meetings, manage in-house tools, and proactively identify risks. Responsibilities within your scope include:

• Responsible for tracking and updating project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Organize and document project meetings, including action items and their follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates and task completion.
• Maintain project dashboards, reports, and relevant tools (such as Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, Jira).
• Support the integration of new clients and features into the company's in-house system.
• Identify and escalate risks, potential delays, or misalignments in a timely manner.
• Assist with internal communication and change management efforts within operations and other teams.

• 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or operations support.
• Bachelor degree in supply chain management and/or logistics.
• You are familiar with SaaS environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Additional European languages are a strong plus. 
• A detail-oriented and proactive work style.
• Experience with project tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.).
