• Lead Platform Development – Drive the evolution of core business capability platforms, including CRM, billing, and communication platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs. 

• Own the Product Vision – Define and execute a bold product strategy for internal platforms, ensuring alignment across teams and maximizing operational efficiency. 

• Optimize Internal Workflows – Enable automation and efficiency gains by leveraging data and modern platform capabilities, reducing friction for business teams and enhancing customer interactions. 

• Manage High-Performing Teams – Lead a multidisciplinary team of Researchers, Designers, Developers, Product Owners, and Product Managers to deliver platform-driven innovations. 

• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and engineering to ensure seamless integration and adoption of platform solutions. 

• Ensure Compliance & Security – Partner with legal, risk, and security teams to ensure platforms meet regulatory and security standards. 

• Defining and executing the business capability platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 

• Driving automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 

• Managing stakeholder relationships across business units and IT to maximize platform impact. 

• Ensuring platforms meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements. 

You are a visionary product leader with a passion for building scalable internal platforms that power world-class customer experiences. You thrive in complex enterprise environments, balancing long-term technology investments with immediate business needs. 

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership in platform or enterprise applications. 

• Deep understanding of CRM, billing, and communication platforms, with a track record of driving internal system improvements. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across IT, finance, customer operations, and engineering. 

• Technical expertise in APIs, integrations, and platform architecture to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. 

• A data-driven mindset, using insights to drive automation, efficiency, and scalability.
