Overview of Position

As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. As a Team Senior, you will have additional tasks and responsibility supporting the team. We are seeking candidates who have an excellent command of the Dutch language, good listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with our customers. This role involves providing service to ensure that their customers receive assistance with claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Assess and resolve insurance claims
  • Support with admin activates on email
  • Planning of the teams work schedule
  • Support with training of new starters
  • Work with the claim handlers on escalations, Fraud and Complaint cases.
  • Watch dog for our SLAs and monitor the quality of all tasks

What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Fluent Dutch speaking at an advanced level and English at C1 level
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and other software
  • Experience with managing a small team within a customer service environment
  • You will be organised and be able to prioritise tasks

This position is a Hybrid position - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/work from home.
Our hours of operations are Monday-Friday 9-8pm and Saturday-Sunday 9-5pm.
Our your office is located at Paasheuvelweg 1, 1105 BE Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
