Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue.
Independently execute sales strategies, utilizing a consultative approach to position products or services as solutions.
-Business Development:
Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the company's client base.
Provide insights and feedback to shape business development strategies.
-Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans independently, aligning with company goals.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
-Negotiation and Contract Management:
Independently negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure contract compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
-Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues independently, maintaining a focus on high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as customer support and operations, to resolve operational challenges impacting key accounts.
-Reporting and Analysis:
Independently prepare and analyze regular reports on key account performance, sales metrics, and revenue forecasts.

-Cross-functional Collaboration:
