Role Description
The QA Specialist ensures quality in Go to Market operations across all four Business Units (Home Care, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, and Foods). This includes handling customer and consumer complaints, ensuring compliance in warehouses, and supporting on-shelf quality to maintain brand superiority. The role reports to the MQO Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customer quality issues.
- Handle critical consumer and customer complaints.
- Monitor compliance in warehouses (KPIs, non-conformance, capability assessments).
- Support/lead quality incidents and crisis response.
- Analyze quality data and prepare KPI reports.
- Manage and reduce quality-blocked stock.
- Lead/support audits and certifications.
- Execute digital quality processes.
- Share best practices and drive quality culture.
- Participate in European quality workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or Microbiology).
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality, R&D, or Manufacturing in the FMCG sector.
- Proven success in risk and change management.
- Auditor experience (strongly preferred).
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Strong digital and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance (preferred).
