Kanteen25 is an 800m² restaurant in the center of Amsterdam with a French international cuisine. Our boutique hotel Rooms25 with 31 rooms is situated upstairs from the restaurant. We are located on the waterfront of the Marine Establishment, a peaceful oasis to escape the craziness of the city.
We base the choices that we make as a company on the following four pillars: local, low waste, seasonal and social impact

Your main responsibilities will be as follow:

Oversee your working station
Prepare mis en place for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Events
Deliver food with high-quality standard
Help your teammates in other sections if help is needed
Cleaning your working station and parts of the kitchen
Follow HACCP standards
Have fun and be passionate!
