IT/Tech Support Specialist – Kickstart your day with tech on the move!Are you passionate about IT and technology? Do you enjoy solving problems and working independently? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an IT/Tech Support Specialist at a dynamic logistics company in the region, you’ll be working at the heart of the organization: the IT department. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly—from printers to user access and from returns to software updates.
Start your day with a cup of coffee, check your tickets and set your priorities. In between, you hand out a new laptop, inspect a returned item, and help a colleague solve a software issue. No day is the same. You’ll constantly shift between planning, support and technical fixes.
Responsibilities
- Solve IT issues submitted through the ticketing system
- Deliver, install and configure hardware (laptops, scanners, printers)
- Create new user accounts and manage access rights
- Maintain IT infrastructure in both the warehouse and office
- Order new hardware and ensure proper installation and updates
- Perform minor repairs on returned hardware (RMAs)
- Run software updates on various devices
- Contribute to IT process and system improvements
- Collaborate closely with all departments and report to the CIO
- Has MBO 4 (EQF level 4) education, preferably in IT or technology
- Has experience with hardware setup and basic network management
- Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and English
- Works independently, takes initiative and knows how to plan
- Is service-oriented and keeps colleagues informed on ticket status
- Can set priorities and pays attention to detail
- Can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or is willing to apply for one
- A varied role within a growing logistics company
- A gross hourly wage between €14.00 and €16.50, depending on experience
- A 32 to 40-hour workweek with flexible hours
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
- Weekly or four-weekly payouts via Staffice, your choice
- Holiday pay and vacation day accrual
