Role Description
Our client is looking for a Commercial Assistant to support their Route to Market operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their commercial skills and grow within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, especially in the vibrant foodservice space.
Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day partner engagement
Coordinate promotional planning and track campaign results
Assist in launching new products and managing product data
Analyze sales trends and prepare actionable insights
Maintain close relationships with wholesale partners (e.g., Sligro, Bidfood)
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
Help optimize customer journey through accurate process execution
Ensure alignment across internal teams for route-to-market initiatives
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field
Previous experience or internship in a commercial or FMCG environment
Knowledge of sales, category management, or foodservice operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for food and delivering value to partners
