As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for the technology within your domain. You will use your considerable background in engineering to set the vision and direction of your scope and drive  the execution of strategic engineering initiatives within your domain. You'll lead a team of skilled engineers, through engineering managers, paving the way for breakthrough solutions and ensuring product and technical excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys pushing the boundaries of technology.

• Leading and mentoring an engineering team, ensuring alignment with overal technical vision and the direction of the domain. 
• Collaborating with the group product manager of your domain/scope to determine direction and consider overall technical direction. Driving the implementation of best practices in engineering methodologies and processes.  Actively collaborate with your peers to drive share learnigns and drive wider adoption and standardization 
• Managing resources, budgets and ensuring successful creation of meaningful impact and value.  
• Driving innovation within the team and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.  
• Performance management of your team, coach and mentor and work through others to ensure professional growth and development.

• Extensive experience in managing and leading engineering teams.  Being a manager of managers.
