As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our talented engineering team to success.  You own the technical landscope within your team, setting the overall technical direction and manage it’s sustainability and security. In cooperation with product, you ensure we the team works on impactful solutions, driven by experimentation and learning.  Together with the team you’ll work hands-on on the solutions, this is not a hands-off role. • Overseeing the engineering team’s daily operations, taking accountability for the teams deliveryCollaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define product and requirement and determine suitable technical solutions.  
• Leading the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.  
• Facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.  
• Ensuring the technical direction and viability of your products. You’ll actively contribute to the engineering effort. 
• Performance managment of your team, coach and mentor your teams, aiding them on their own profesional journey. 

• You're a natural leader with a passion for engineering and technology. You're excited about working with a team to build innovative products and solutions.  
• degree in Computer Science or related field  
• Proven experience in leading cross functional engineering teams.  
• Strong technical background in software development and ability to contribute actively to the technical solutions of the team. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.  
• Ability to set a technical direction and vision for your scope, working with the engineering manager to fit into the wider scope of the domain.
