Facilitate the accurate and timely flow of goods and information, while delivering outstanding customer service within the Order Management team.

You start the day in a dynamic and modern office! As an Order Coördinator you play a key role in ensuring the smooth, timely and accurate handling of international shipments by Ocean, Air and Road. Your focus will be on maintaining complaince, ensuring data accuracy, maximizing customer satisfaction, and facilitating clear communication with clients/vendors and internal teams. You proactively inform customers of any issues, always in line with the company procedures.
Responsibilities within your scope include:

• Pre-Booking, booking , receipt management , receiving documents, invoicing, document filling.
• Responsible for managing the end to end coordination of international freight shipments (Ocean, Air, and Road).
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing, data integrity and complaince with both internal standards and external regulations. 
• The role involves proactive communication with custmers and vendors, efficient handling of export documentation and billing.
• Continuous process improvement within the Order Management team.
• Maintains strong vendor relationships, adheres to SOP's and KPI's.
• Ensures prompt issue escalation and resolution delivering high quality service in a fast paced global logistics environment.

To qualify for the position of Order Coördinator, we hope you bring the following knowledge and skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of the global logistics.
• Understanding of the ocean documentation process is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• A team player with effectively communicate to obtain positive results.
• Proactive and strong organizational skills.
• Cumputer skills; Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• You already live in the Netherlands (Rotterdam or surrounding).
