IT Support Specialist | 2d line support | Infrastructure | IT Coordinator |

We’re partnering with a top-ranked global consulting firm — consistently recognised as one of the world’s best places to work — to find an IT Support Specialist to join their Amsterdam team!This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their tech career who wants to grow in a collaborative, diverse, and high-performance workplace.
What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and operating systems.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems with computer systems.
  • Support user account management and access permissions.
  • Work with senior support staff to test new apps and upgrades.
  • Coordinate off-site hardware repairs with external vendors.
  • Deliver occasional end-user training and tech onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records of incidents, repairs, and inventory.
Who You Are:
  • Associate's/Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • You have up to 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role.
  • You’re curious, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with remote support tools is a plus!
