As IT Solution Architect you are the Go-to person for our business for supporting by defining business and functional requirements and for designing the information flow between systems. We are looking for someone who is responsible to develop the system architecture and designs the information flow between on Prem and Cloud applications to meet business needs. 

As part of your job, you create technical specifications and documentations for solutions. You support the selection process of fit best IT solutions. During the implementation you collaborate with other teams to ensure that solutions integrate with the organization's existing IT ecosystem. You ensure that solutions are scalable and taken over after implementation by the IT Infrastructure and application team accordingly to the ITIL Framework. By considering latest technology trends you provide technical guidance and support the project teams throughout the implementation. For ensuring that architectural solutions across our business units shared you develop and maintain the European Refresco community on IT solutions by reaching out to stakeholders in our business units.

You will be exposed to different levels of seniority, different functions, all the Business Units of Refresco as well as to our external co-sourcing party. You foster a strong morale and team spirit with a problem solving and hands on mindset. We expect you to act and operate in an agile way and to establish a strong internal network. 

We are looking to expand our team in this new and exciting role as our: 

In this role you will report to the Director IT Europe. Though this is a new and independent role within the IT team, you will be the advisor and consultant in our European region. You will be in touch with various and diverse stakeholders on different levels within our international company. 

The tasks and responsibilities are:  

• Act as an internal consultant helping the business to describe functional requirements, 

• Analyse business and process requirements, offering solutions or suggestions to standardize. 

• Project member to create solution designs and advisor on to be used technologies. 

• Architect for integrating systems and creating high level specifications, 

• Map functional requirements to the IT landscape overview 

• Support and advise the selection process of systems and their integrations with current systems 

• Create specifications for integrations and technical specifications. 

• Collaboration with the IT team in the field of application, data and infrastructure. 

• Maintain our architecture by mapping applications, processes, data flows and versions 

About you 

We are looking for an IT professional who flourishes in a role combining technical and people skills in one role and with the following background: 

• You have at least a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. 

• Experience with SAP Technologies, like S4HANA and FIORI. 

• Experience with Cloud Technologies such as: AWS, Azure or GCP. 

• Experience with low code platforms and Enterprise Architecture tools (like LeanIX). 

• Excellent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written. 

• You have strong analytical and communication skills. 

• You enjoy to independently as well as being part of a team.
