The Company
Our client is the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in the Benelux with multiple product branches. In the Netherlands they market about 40 well-known brands within diverse range of products and employs more than 2,500 people.
 
Role Description
As a Customer Development Excellence Assistant you will work across multiple markets and categories, supporting pricing strategies and digital innovations that impact the European Business Unit. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your analysis and insights will shape decisions, tools, and processes across countries.
 
Responsibilities
- Manage pricing strategy for the current portfolio.
- Conduct risk analysis and support new product launches.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, category teams, and market teams to advance the European pricing strategy.
- Support ownership and alignment of pricing data across European markets.
- Drive EU pricing activities including refresh cycles, internal communication, and category/country alignment.
- Partner with local finance teams to identify and capture pricing risks.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG or multicultural settings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and digital skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive, adaptable, structured, and a quick learner.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous settings and improving existing processes.
- Team player with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.
