The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead and execute talent strategies across key business functions, with a particular focus on our ice cream production site in Hellendoorn. In this role, you'll partner with leadership and HR teams to anticipate talent needs, manage recruitment end to end, and build strong pipelines of both internal and external candidates.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to shape and deliver the talent agenda, focusing on succession planning, internal talent development, and long-term workforce strategies.
-Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both internal and external roles across all levels, from entry to executive positions.
-Identify, engage, and attract top-tier, diverse talent through a variety of sourcing strategies and digital platforms.
-Serve as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers, guiding them on optimal talent pathways, whether through internal progression or external recruitment.
-Cultivate and manage a robust internal talent pipeline through ongoing networking and meaningful talent engagement.
-Leverage data and recruitment metrics to drive informed decisions, streamline processes, and elevate hiring outcomes.
-Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, while promoting the organization’s employer brand and unique value proposition.
-Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management within applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Requirements
-Minimum of 4 years' experience in Talent Management, preferably within a global organization or a fast-paced industry such as FMCG or retail.
-Proven track record of 2–3 years in proactively sourcing niche or hard-to-find talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media channels.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
-Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
-Confident user of HR systems and tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, and Microsoft Office applications.
