We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing both domestic and international transportation, playing a key part in the Shipping department.

• Organizing the import and export of spare parts and aftermarket items, ensuring all related documents (customs forms, invoices, packing lists, and payment documents) are provided in a timely manner, across all modes of transport.
• In addition to routine transport duties, you may also coordinate complex transportation for project cargo, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing advice on logistics-related aspects of tenders, letters of credit (L/C), commercial agreements, and complex logistics solutions.

To qualify for the Logistics Coordinator position, you should have:

• Several years of experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of international transport, including complex project shipments, related documentation, customs procedures, formalities, and legal requirements.
• The ability to maintain an overview when working on multiple projects and orders simultaneously.
• A proactive, hands-on, and adaptable approach to tasks.
• Strong initiative and the ability to suggest improvements for processes.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
